The advantages are twofold, as I see it. First, it's browser/OS-independent. Second, because it's a human doing the captcha solving, it's less error- and misfire-prone.

Hello all, is it worth me registering or should I stick to Firefox/Webvisum? I mean, what's the advantages/disadvantages over this than Firefox/Webvisum?

I just registered with Solona and submitted an image captia to put it to
the test. To my amazement, it actually works! But it is somewhat more
complicated than Webvisum. At least there is now an alternative to
Webvisum that can be used with IE. Thanks, Bruce.
