can anyone tell me how i can disable that awful narrator program
i accidently managed to set it going and had an awful job to shut it up
i would like to know
1 how do i close it down i looked in the system tray, and tried alt f4 and
didn't work
2 how can i disable it or preferably remove it completely Yvonne

i want to tell one thing that my computer only shuts downl when i do
scanning and it becomes hot than normal near abut heat sync area or
once a day when schedule scan is at progress. and whole day, no
problem at all.
i think that it's a virus problem as shuts down during scanning, may
be anti-virus program is unable to scan it.
so what should i do?
i have tried with AVG 8.5, kasperskey internet security, mcafee.
