I would advise against its complete removal, even if it were possible,
since you may have need of it at some point. That being said, I don't
believe it can be totally removed. Better to simply learn to be careful
and not press windows+u by mistake.

hei.. and thanks
i want to tell one thing that my computer only shuts downl when i do
scanning and it becomes hot than normal near abut heat sync area or
once a day when schedule scan is at progress. and whole day, no
problem at all.
i think that it's a virus problem as shuts down during scanning, may
be anti-virus program is unable to scan it.
so what should i do?
i have tried with AVG 8.5, kasperskey internet security, mcafee.
with regards
shikher

This is more serious and may require attention. Your computer could be
overheating. I suggest you take it to your authorized computer vendor
 asap.
