Hi,
A good alternative is to right-click your shortcuts, in the startMenu or on
the Desktop and set them to open maximized.
This won't fix everything but will solve the problem for most windows.

You still need Autosizer if you want to automatically maximize all windows. 
Otherwise, you'll have to use the System menu every time you open a new
window to maximize it.
