Hi Mark, Jaws might read unread for all Emails, or when you open a new windowlike My Documents or a word document you might have to shift tab to get the focus on the window you are opening. These are a couple of the issues I had. The easiest way to find out if Autosizer is causing you problems and this is only a guess on my behalf is to uninstall it and see how your Jaws reads. If Autosizer is the problem all you will need to do is reinstall it and you should be fine. I can only speak on my behalf so hopefully others will share their experiences with this issue. Take care. Several people on this list and the Jaws Users list have had issues with the Autosizer program, including David Ferrin if I am not mistaken. I am not trying to bash the program but, I am stating what has happened. All you have to do is uninstall the program and reinstall it. In my personal experience I have only had trouble with the updated versions beyond version 1.6 and so I leave the box unchecked for the program to update automatically. Below is a direct download link for the 1.6 version. Also Jacob, could you explain to me how you were able to change the sound Autosizer makes when it maximizes a window?
