Sounds like IGoogle would be perfect. I use it as my home page. Just go to
Google.com and select IGoogle. The iGoogle page contains local and national
news headlines and local weather conditions and forecast. And the page is
fully customizable and screen reader friendly . It also contains a direct
link to Youtube which is handy.
