If you create a google account and use iGoogle, you can add all kinds of
gadgets of news, whether, quotes, etc. It's reasonably accessible. I use it
myself and have no problem with it. I actually rather like it and would not
enjoy doing without it. I use it for news mostly.  Hope this helps.
