i went to tom Lorimar home page then alt and internet options there i found home page stuff and chose current and hit ok
so far so good
each time i press alt home i get the website i require
put this to the test when i leave ie and oe
and of course when i restart the computer
if this has worked all should be back to normal re home page

Yvonne, It sounds like microsoft has snuck into your i e settings. This is
happening more often lately.  Go to tools, options and arrow to all the
stuff about home page. You might have to delete the hot mail entry and then
type in your home page choice again.  marilyn
