Good evening everyone on list. This afternoon when I was with my reader, we called Amazon's customer service to try and ask questions about an asus netbook that I was wishing too order, and I was told by the customer representative there, that I could only place an order on line. Has anyone else on any of the two lists here, experienced the same problem? And if not, should I have told the rep that I was a customer with a disability? Or is there specific customer service department that I should have called that deals with customers with disabilities? If that's the case, could someone please put that number on list please? I really don't like ordering on line, as I like the personal touch that talking with someone in person by phone gives you. You can't verry well do that on line, so that's why I prefer talking too someone in person. I think the number that I called was, 800, 801-7575
