I use Amazon all of the time, but on purchases like this I prefer to order
by phone as well. I have used Dell and CDW.com to work out the details and
get technical support. CDW provides excellent technical support and has a
liberal, easy return policy.

Good evening everyone on list. This afternoon when I was with my reader,
we called Amazon's customer service to try and ask questions about an asus
netbook that I was wishing too order, and I was told by the customer
representative there, that I could only place an order on line. Has

else on any of the two lists here, experienced the same problem? And if
not, should I have told the rep that I was a customer with a disability?

is there specific customer service department that I should have called
that deals with customers with disabilities? If that's the case, could

on line, as I like the personal touch that talking with someone in person

phone gives you. You can't verry well do that on line, so that's why I
