That is why I always order with those that have tele - sales. I ordered my ASUS Netbook from Best Buy. I am going to get my Netbook in 1 - 2 weeks. That is because there some type of delay. Maybe you can call them. They'll answer all of your questions. There number is 1 - 888 - BESTBUY.

I really don't like ordering on line, as I like the personal touch that talking with someone in person by phone gives you.
