Hi Gerald, I checked it this morning to make sure that is formatted in NTSF and went ahead and reformatted it again. I have had a couple of problems with this particular flash drive in the past and so I made sure it was clean before putting all the same information on it again today. Normally, flash drives come formatted to FAT32, which has a size limitation of 2gb. So maybe you actually only successfully downloaded 12 files instead of the 45 you thought. Just a hunch.
