I have a visually impaired friend whose laptop will not reboot; that is, when she turns it on, she sees a bright blue screen and then she is told that Microsoft windows system repair is trying to repair her computer. She has left it on thinking that it would repair itself but it hasn't. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on. Any help will be appreciated. She has vista on her computer.
