Hi,
I'm so sorry, if the answer were this, but when I hear this Balloon Tip I
press alt +d to the address bar and after tabbing, til Jaws will Tel me
about option, that Pop Up window was blocked, or Active-x was disabled and
I press enter on it and there will open the menu with the possibilities.
With best regards,
Marek Durila

Mark, I notice this sort of thing happening on many sites lately. I try
all
kinds of things, but sometimes links just won't work.
If anyone has any suggestions or workarounds for this, please post them.
Arianna
