Mike, If you just unplug your card reader from the USB port it's plugged into, they will go away.

They are listed under Local Disk "C" and DVD Ram Drive "D". I never use these and would like to disable them. In the Device Manager tree view I see 2 possibilities where these card readers might be. Under Disk Drives or Storage volume. Would someone please tell me which of these to open to disable these items? If I am wrong would someone please tell me which heading to look under?
