Actually you will need to go into the device manager and disable them in there to keep them from showing up in windows explorer. They are listed under Local Disk "C" and DVD Ram Drive "D". I never use these and would like to disable them. In the Device Manager tree view I see 2 possibilities where these card readers might be. Under Disk Drives or Storage volume. Would someone please tell me which of these to open to disable these items? If I am wrong would someone please tell me which heading to look under?
