Hi gang. I'm running XP Pro with JAWS 9and have been experienceing sluggish web page loading with both Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox. When I first turn on my computer in the morning, everything is fine; web pages load very quickly. But after I have been web surfing for awhile, page loading becomes sluggish to the point where they either don't load at all, or I get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page " error. This happens regardless of whether I try Ie 7 full or IE 7 with no add-ons. The progress bar reaches about 38% and stops. Closeing and relaunching IE doesn't help. Deleting browsing history doesn't help. I have run multiple scans with MSE , Malware Bytes, Super Anti-Spyware and a few cloud scanners like Bit Defender and Housecall, and they have all come up clean. I experience the same problem with Firefox. Yet, rebooting my computer always restores things to normal initially, but eventually browsing becomes sluggish again. Aside from rebooting every time my browser slows down, is there anything else I can try to make web pages load consistently fast? Thanks.
