Actually,I have experienced the sluggishness at all hours of the day from
morning to evening. As a sidebar, I also notice that when my browser slows
to a crawl, I cannot load podcasts using Accessible Podcatcher or Windows
Media Player. But rebooting always seems to restore browser and podcast
loading performance to normal.

Actually, it is a ny times issue primarily. So I think people get home
from
school and work and go to the times for news and views. Why mess around
