Hi Jenny, I will send you a complete keystroke guide for NVDA off list. When NVDA first starts you have to press the keystroke Insert +N to get to the preferences page to make changes. The insert key I refer to is the insert key in the 6 pack of keys in between the main keyboard and the number pad. Hope this helps. Take care. Hi Listers I'm enquiring for a person who is learning to use NVDA to see if there is someone who might be able to answer some questions for the person who is trying to teach her.
