I can only start in safe mode, where do I find the restore point. It won't
let me do your first option.

Hi Paula,
Your message could be interpreted a couple of different ways, so I hope
this
is the correct one.
There should be an option there to restore the computer to it's last known
good configuration.
If that is not available, you will need to start in safe mode with sighted
assistance,
and have that person look for a restore point.
If any of these options are not viable, you are probably looking at
recovering the entire system.
There is a system error causing the computer to behave this way, but
without
safe-mode to diagnose it, it's hard to tell if it is hardware, or
operating
system.
HTH,
Rick Justice

Subject: [Blind-Computing] not quitea blue screen
Hi all,
when I start up this peice of wonderful technology I get a blue screen
with
the options of starting in windows, safe mode orthe one to reset at a date
before the problem accured.
Well I start it in safe mode as I am not able to access the one for reset.
Every time I start the wonderful peice of technology I have to do the same
thing.
Is there a way to reset the hard drive to a date before I got the
problelm.
I thank you for you time.
