Hello, it's Kliph From F I D. Do you know of any short cut keys for magic jack? And do you always have to dial threw the computer, or can you do it from your phone? I just picked it up yesterday, and at set up, they did everything they could to try and get my credit card number. I declined everything, but 59 bucks for 5 years is better than paying 100. I assume this was what Ken was charged. I looked on the knowledge base and discovered though his credit card was charged immediately for this plan, it would be refunded should he return the product. If this isn't done he can always file a disputed charge with his credit card company. Meanwhile he can try the product, and if he doesn't like it and it is returned, or if he doesn't use the entire 5 years of he has paid for there is a way those years can be refunded. I didn't read that particular article however. I tried to contact customer service to no avail. But, even they have to get some shut-eye sometimes I suppose.
