Thank you so much. I will save this post. Ken will love to read it as well. By the way, where did you find the number. I looked all over and couldn't find it. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike & Barbara" <mb69ma...@charter.net>

Hi Angel,

Here is the phone number for the Magic Jack billing department in Houston
Texas.

Billing 281-404-1551

This number is strictly for billing questions! I am not sure of their hours
but, I know for sure that they are open Monday thru Friday and possibly on
Saturdays. Hope this helps. Take care.
Mike

I wrote ken a private message. But, I am writing this to the list because I didn't want the list to think I was trying to mislead anyone concerning the product or the service. I wasn't aware of this Gold/platinum plan. As far
as I was aware there were only two plans available. The basic garden
variety 20 dollar annual plan, and what I gather now to be the Platinum plan
which offers 5 years of service for 59 dollars. Unfortunately, I assume I
will have to pay 69 dollars when 2013 roles around. But, that too might
change. anyway, I assume the two together, the device and the five year
plan would cost 100 dollars. I assume this was what Ken was charged. I
looked on the knowledge base and discovered though his credit card was
charged immediately for this plan, it would be refunded should he return the
product. If this isn't done he can always file a disputed charge with his
credit card company. Meanwhile he can try the product, and if he doesn't
like it and it is returned, or if he doesn't use the entire 5 years of he
has paid for there is a way those years can be refunded. I didn't read that
particular article however. I tried to contact customer service to no
avail. But, even they have to get some shut-eye sometimes I suppose.
