If you down arrow through the tools menu items, it would generally be the
last menu item there, so if you hit Alt + T, and then immediately up arrow
to wrap around to the last item, that should be options...

Jacob, since I have not memorized a lot of key shortcuts, I I go to the
menus such as file, edit, view tools and arrow to the one I want. When I
go
to tools to find o esp tools, it says send and receive, etc. So I enter
the
message and go to tools and get address book and its following items. My
start menu is still cluttered with too many items but I'm managing on
that.
So someone mentioned control shift E and that takes me to options. But I
still think it is gone from tools menu. This does sound dumb, doesn't it?
