Jacob, how do you toggle the jaws cursor? Do you mean re route the jaws cursor to pc? I did that once and it actually made the tools menu read but then it was gone again. Why won't it just display the main menu again without all the arrowing and tweaking? There must be a setting to make it permanent. marilyn ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jacob Kruger" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, January 11, 2010 7:42 PM Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] outlook express options gone
: That's the send/receive submenu being read to you. : : That's why said it's automatically opening, the simplest is to just try : waiting until it reads something like send and receive to you, hit the left : arrow to close the submenu, and immediately hit the up arrow to roll back : down to the actual last tools menu item, which should be options. : : Like said, pretty sure it's just something like the jaws cursor following : the PC cursor, and the hover of that mouse cursor is what's causing the : submenu item to open immediately, but you do have something like a half : second pause, which is why you can still close the submenu, and immediately : up arrow to get to the bottom menu item in the tools menu. : : Along the lines of this, and assuming you're using jaws, have you tried : toggling the jaws cursor following the pc cursor? : : Stay well : : Jacob Kruger : Blind Biker : Skype: BlindZA : '...fate had broken his body, but not his spirit...' : : ----- Original Message ----- : From: "Marilyn Walker" <[email protected]> : To: <[email protected]> : Sent: Tuesday, January 12, 2010 1:28 AM : Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] outlook express options gone : : : > Jacob, numerous things are wrong in outlook express. There is no tools menu : > at all.
