Jacob, numerous things are wrong in outlook express.There is no tools menu
at all. Send and receive is the first, send is second, receive is third,
and my pop is fourth. THis is all When I open the e message, the tools
menu says address book, etc. to do with addresses..
I think you're correct that the main tools menu is being skipped over.
Other problems are inability to arrow left or get out of the menu except
by
closing alt f4 and returning to my in box. Somehow the submenus are the
ones that are showing. Any ideas? Maybe I should go ahead and reinstall
jaws 10. Jaws 11 is setting on my desk unopened as I'm afraid to install
it
for fear of digging myself into a deeper hole called o e black hole.
