I haven't installed thunderbird yet so I don't know much about hot
keys. However, you can find Jamal Mazrui's scripts that he developed
for thunderbird at:
http://EmpowermentZone.com/tb_scr.exe
or .zip (manual install currently necessary on 64-bit Windows)
