Hi David;

They are your steps.  I am sorry that I did not notice that your name wasn't 
at the bottom of the steps.  For all those on the list, these instructions 
were provided by David Whitehead.  I don't want to take credit for something 
I did not do. I will correct my notes.  Take care.
