Hi, First, make sure nothing is on your flash drive. After downloading the book, extract the file to your drive. Now all the extracted files should be on your flash drive. If you put your flash drive in the usb port on the player, it should tell you the title of the book. Only have one book on your drive. You can always put the second book on there when you are ready to use it. There should always be only one book at a time on the flash drive.
