Hi, I download the software since the link was clearly indicated on the page. It also says on the same page that the "current version" was 3.2.1. I know I am correct about that since it says it on their page. After I extracted the files on to my flash drive, when I put it on the player, it didn't do anything except tell me there was no book on cartridge. Maybe if you write to support, you can challenge them about the correct version one. I just posted what the library technician told me. The reason is when I tried to extract the files, they opened in windows explorer and there was about 80 files but they would not copy to my flash drive. It put a file called upgrade on my flash drive. I think I got my player around November so let me ask you what the latest version numberis supposed to be. Mine says 3.2.1 which would seem correct if you had a version 2 something.

It needs to be version 2 for the bookshelf to appear. To check the version press the sleep button ten times rapidly. If you need to upgrade, find the message I sent yesterday with the links to do so.
