[Blind-Computing] Need some help with NVDAPlease

Hello friends;
I installed the latest NVDA and was playing around with the languages and lost 
my way in the Arabic world.
I uninstalled and reinstalled but still can't get out of this mess.
I can't read the menus to choose any options since only numbers are read. 
Any help would be met with much appreciation.
