Hi David; I checked in my name folder where you stated earlier before posting and these are what folders I had showing, appModules, brailleDisplayDrivers, speechDicts, synthDrivers, &, nvda. Then I turned Hide extensions for known file types-OFF, and that's when the "nvda" folder turned into, "nvda.ini". I don't need to make any changes or anything, I just couldn't figure out why I didn't have a "nvda.ini" file. Thank you very much for the great steps. Take care. Mike
