Hi, Martina, I didn't find the gmail account in outlook express. I don't understand why they'd ask you to type in a new email address either. Google used to be really good but now I'm not so sure. There's not even a contact form you can fill out to get help.

Then go to tools, then options, accounts, find the GMail account and tab to "remove"; it will still ask you if you really want to remove the account so just confirm that and close the options.
