Chris, that is fascinating. Where can you find that software and what does it cost? I'd like to play with XP Mode just to see what it's like.

I use VMware's implementation, where it directly imports the Windows XP Mode you previously installed and creates a virtual machine from that. JAWS works very well on both the host and guest side, and is in fact more responsive than Virtual PC's version. I have it installed because I have an obligation to have it, but frankly I don't use it.
