They did mention three things. Microsoft security essentials and the free version of super anti spyware also c cleaner.. you can download and install them in that order. Just follow the links that were given. msse is the anti virus program. super anti spyware is for spyware of course and c cleaner cleans out files on your computer that you don't need also registry items.

   They are free virus removers.
