[Blind-Computing] jaws dropping a version

hello
up until about an hour ago i was using jaws 10
now for some reason unknown to me it is now reading jaws 9
this means that the auto forms facility is not on this version
can anyone tell me how to get back to using jaws 10 especially as i have 
mislaid the cd
and when i am back with version 10 how do i remove version 9 so that this does 
not happen again
