In your start menu, do you have entries for both jaws 9 and jaws 10?
Generally installing a new version will not really replace a prior version,
just override it as such, so if you double check versions installed, and
make sure, for example that the shortcut on the desktop to start jaws with
is the one for jaws 10, and that it is the one with the general ctrl + alt +
J keyboard shortcut assigned, then you could make sure jaws 9 isn't set to
start automatically in it's basic settings dialogue, then close it, start
jaws 10, and check that it is in fact set to start automatically.

hello
up until about an hour ago i was using jaws 10
now for some reason unknown to me it is now reading jaws 9
this means that the auto forms facility is not on this version
can anyone tell me how to get back to using jaws 10 especially as i have
mislaid the cd
and when i am back with version 10 how do i remove version 9 so that this
does not happen again
