What application are you in at the time and what Operating System are you
using, XP, Windows 7?

Hi All,
all of a sudden when I press the ult key to go to the file it goes to the
file but when I press the up or down arrow it just says top of window and
bottom of window how do I get it to read everything again in the file
menue?
