Hi Yvonne; You need to go into the default configuration manager to make this change. To do this , do the following; 1. Press the Jaws / Insert key + the number 6 key on the number row above all the letter keys. OR, another way is, press the Jaws / Insert key + F2 key and arrow down to configuration manager and press enter. 2. Press control, shift, + D to open the default configuration manager. 3. Press Alt + S to open the Set Options menu. 4. Press enter on User Options or press the letter U, and User Options will open. 5. Your first choice in User Options will be, Announce progress bar updates combo box, arrow up or down to 5 Second Intervals, this is the default setting. 6. Tab to okay, press enter Or spacebar, press control + S to save your changes, and press Alt + F4 to close the default configuration manager.
