Try doing the following in IE. IE7 & IE8 might vary a little bit but,
once
you get in there you'll gitur done.
In IE do an Alt+T, down arrow to pop up sub menu, If pop up blocker is
active, then hit enter to inactivate pop ups. This setting is a toggle.
There are other settings in this menu if you need these additional
settings.
