[Blind-Computing] jaws keeps repeating itself

Hello, I have this nagging problem that sometimes, jaws keeps repeating 
itself and I cant get it to read past a word.  Like say, "hello,"  it will 
keep saying hello instead keep reading.  Also it won't let me read the 
document it will keep saying hello when I use the jaws read commands! I have 
to restart jaws to get it to stop.  Anyone have any ideas?  Heather
