No, screen reader has nothing to do with this. I will say that on occasion I 
get the same error the person posted but it states FS something was at fault. 
Usually its Explorer.exe that causes the explorer crash. Yes, you're correct, 
as I said, lots of research last night, people are P/O. At this time its in 
Microsoft's hands and will hopefully be fixed at time of first major service 
pack.

    Ok thanks will wait to see what happens, but surely some sighted people 
using Explorer would not be able to put up with this happening all the time. 
I assume that by what you are saying it is not just afecting us screen 
reader users?

I would have thought microsoft would have sorted this major bug long before 
now.
