I would generally open it in paint, save it as a tif file, then open it in 
microsoft document imaging to run OCR on it, but this is all a bit of a 
different process depending onversions of office, etc.

 I have a document with a .jpg extension, which opens with Photo Shop, and 
I can't read it, of course.
Is there any way to convert it to a readable page?
I'm using Windows7, and I also have Kurzweil, should that be of any use.
