If the image is anything other than text, , you won't be able to 
convert it to anything readable.

 I have a document with a .jpg extension, which opens with Photo Shop, 
and I can't read it, of course.
Is there any way to convert it to a readable page?
I'm using Windows7, and I also have Kurzweil, should that be of any use.
