Something which interests me is that I have a solid state drive. Presumably defragmenting it doesn't result in much by way of performance improvements but I haven't read anything on the subject.

Does anyone else know?

Thanks.

Yes, it is accessible and it can be used on all platforms.

Here is a free defrab utility that I believe works better than the one that
comes with Windows. It can be set to run daily, weekly or monthly
automatically.

Hi. I've never done a defrag on my computer, and I suspect I better start
doing so. I'm wondering, how often should one do it, and how does one do
it? Is it easy to do without sight? I have Windows 7. Thanks.
