Hi Yvonne; To shorten the width of your subject line do the following; 1. Press Alt + V, for the view menu. 2. Arrow down to columns & press enter, or just press the letter C, after pressing Alt + V. 3. Arrow down to " Subject, " now tab down to " pixels wide", use your backspace key to backspace this number out, after clearing this number type in 400, this is what I keep my subject line at, & now tab to okay & press enter.
