i will save it for future use
however the bit i meant was to be able to forward an email that has several
email addresses already in it.
this is where people including me have just sent the email and not removed
those other email addresses.
by adding "undisclosed recipient to the people in the address book makes it
better when forwarding emails because it is supposed to remove all the
previous addresses and only leave the last one which would of course be
mine.
but how do i add the words undisclosed recipient to each of the contacts i
wish to forward emails to?

Hi Yvonne;
You want to put all recipients in the " BCC " field for undisclosed
recipients to be displayed. Since I send %95 of email via the BCC field
here is how I do it.
1. Create a new email with control +N or, highlight the email you would
like
to forward & press control + F.
2. Tab down to the BCC field. If the BCC field isn't showing press Alt +
v,
for the view menu, & make sure that the All Headers option is checked. If
it isn't press enter on it to check it & pressing enter will also take you
out of the menus. Reminder, you have to have an email open to find the
All
Headers option in the view menu.
3. Press Alt + T, for tools, press R, for recipients, & tab 3 times to the
address book list.
4. Arrow down or, use first letter navigation, through the list and for
each
person you want to send this email to, press the keystroke, Alt + B, on
each
name you want to send the email to.
5. When you have entered all the names you need, tab several times to the
BCC list & arrow down to see if you got everybody. If you have included
everybody
you want, tab to the Okay button and press enter.
6. Now, tab to the subject field, enter your subject, tab to the edit
field,
put in your message, & send as usual.
If you want to use the " To " or " CC " field instead, do steps 1 & 2 but,
on each name you want to enter press Alt + T, or Alt + C, for the To & CC
fields
respectively. Then tab to the To or CC list, checkthe names, tab to Okay,
&
press enter. Then follow step 6 from above.

i just looked at that and it seems very good
apart from having to go past all the advertising junk.
i did one of these by asking the following in Google
how to send using undisclosed recipients
it told me how to do this but i am not sure of one part
it says about adding the term undisclosed recipients to people in the

first and last name apparently will allow the sender to normally type in
people from the address book using the bcc field.
the bit i am stuck on is
how do i add undisclosed recipients to people in the address book?
do i have to type their name in again so that i have 2 people with the
same
details?
or can someone provide me with a step guide on how to add undisclosed
recipients to people in my address book
but i must say i never knew their was a quicker way of finding this out
for
example until now i would of typed this in a rather long winded way
