Hi Yvonne;

When you press control + F, to forward an email, you are in the header
fields. You fill these in, then tab down to the edit field where the
message is. If there isn't a message in the edit field then, who knows what
happened!  Take care.
Mike

  when i forward an email from another person all i get is a blank email
  no body of the text
  for example i forwarded one from a friend of mine to my inbox
  when i heard jaws say new email i looked and it said from carol
  when i opened it to read it all that was there was my name that i use to
  send emails after i finishes typing the email
  there was no text to read
  no idea why this is but it only noticed recently today
