Hi Yvonne;

The keystroke for opening attachments is Insert + A.  Try checking this, go 
to options, Security page, & tab to " Block images and other external 
content in HTML e-mail ,"
  if this box is checked, uncheck it.  Tab to okay, press enter, & go ahead 
& reboot the computer.  What AntiVirus program are you running?  Let us know 
what happens.  Take

  do i need to restart the computer in order for changes to take effect?
