OK, do you hear the connection noise when you plug it nto the USB port and have you tried another port? What about in the device manager, is it listed in network adaptors or is it listed under other devices? Frank

I have used it on other computers with no problem. I'm looking in network connections where normally there would be wireless connection. It isn't there.
