could someone please offer some suggestion as to why I am having
this problem with printing a document?
Both the power and USB cables are connected and I get the add device
sound each time I power up the printer. The printer prints its test
page even though I can't remember telling it to do so. Yet I can't
seem to print a document in Word. I am using Office 2007 if that should matter.
I want to believe that the power cord is not faulty since the
printer gets electricity but is it a problem with the USB cable not
feeding data to the unit? Have I made some configuration
accidentally that prevents this from happening?
Your help with this problem would me greatly appreciated and greeted
with the strongest of gratitude since I am way behind in presenting
my monthly report at work in addition to wanting to print some other
important documents for submission to a seminar.
